About us

We have been involved with the creation of works of art and doing craft shows since the early 1970’s.

It all started by taking basic egg art classes and from there it became an expensive hobby. Soon many of our friends started to request special orders and we began creating art pieces for them.

After acquiring more and more pieces and parts, we started La Petite Decor in 1990 as a supply and finished works of art piece business.

We began to attend and display our products at art shows and the business began to grow.

From 1996 to 2003, we opened up a show room in the Atlanta Mart. During this experience we made many contacts, which lead to a variety of opportunities.

Our egg art pieces have been sold in the Smithsonian Catalog, The Good Catalog, Bullocks, The Bellagio Hotel, Disneyland and have been one of the 25 featured artists at the Disney World Collectable Convention, where we sold out in the first 15 minutes.

Today we enjoy teaching egg art classes at egg shows and spending time with all the other egg artist across the country and the world. We will now have all our supplies available on our website too.

After 40 plus years of working with eggs and other mediums, my endeavor is to create new and unusual pieces and always "Think Outside the Egg".
